I’ve always been pretty independent.
If there’s a problem to solve, my instinct
is to sit with it, think it through, and figure it out myself.
I still catch myself doing that.
But over the years, I’ve learned something
I wish I had understood sooner.
Growth happens faster in the right room.
There’s something powerful about sitting
with people who are all working toward a common goal. Not because they have
your answers, but because they ask questions you never thought to ask yourself.
That’s what I’ve come to love about our
Rethink Book Club.
Every week, we create space to pause.
To question our assumptions.
To rethink the “how,” the “why,” the “who,”
the “what,” the “where,” and the “when.”
Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t
finding a new answer. It’s realizing you’ve been asking the wrong question.
What I love most isn’t the
accountability—although that’s real.
It’s the collaboration.
One person’s perspective sparks an idea for
someone else. One person’s challenge reminds another they’re not alone. We
celebrate wins, work through obstacles, and leave seeing things differently
than when we walked in.
I’ve found that becoming the person we want
to be is easier when we’re surrounded by people who are becoming too.
None of us has to rethink everything alone.
And honestly, I’m grateful we don’t.
Your Rethink Moment
Who are you surrounding yourself with that
gives you the courage to question old assumptions and create a new reality for
your life and your business?

P.S. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. If you’re looking for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and people who are making moves that matter, I’d love for you to join us in the next Rethink Book Club. Sometimes the right conversation is exactly what we need to see our next move differently.
